Order & Tab SMS Notifications
OrderThis allows restaurant customers to receive optional transactional text-message updates about their orders and customer tabs.
Example Customer Opt-In
This demonstrates the SMS consent presented to customers when placing an order or opening a customer tab.
Important: The SMS consent checkbox is intentionally
unchecked by default. A customer may complete an order without agreeing
to receive SMS notifications.
What Messages Are Sent?
Customers who opt in may receive order confirmations, order-status updates, ready-for-pickup notifications, customer-tab notifications, and secure links associated with an order or open tab.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to stop receiving SMS notifications. Reply HELP for assistance.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
