These Terms & Conditions govern use of OrderThis, a restaurant ordering and point-of-sale technology service operated by Chuck's Bar and Grill LTD. CO.
OrderThis Services
OrderThis provides technology that may allow customers to place restaurant orders, maintain customer tabs, receive order updates, access payment links, and interact with participating restaurants.
Restaurant Orders
Menu items, prices, availability, preparation times, taxes, fees, refunds, and restaurant policies may vary by participating restaurant. The restaurant fulfilling an order is responsible for the preparation and fulfillment of that order.
Transactional SMS Program
Messages may include:
- Order confirmations
- Order-status updates
- Ready-for-pickup notifications
- Customer-tab notifications
- Secure links related to an order or open customer tab
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer's wireless plan.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After an opt-out request, a confirmation message may be sent.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to wireless carrier availability and network conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information and for maintaining the security of any links or information associated with their orders or customer tabs.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Additional terms from those providers may apply to payment transactions.
Availability
OrderThis services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, network interruptions, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
